Garvin Mott

Garvin Mott is the third of the Motts to run the wheel. He feeds half the vale, and he gives the Cinderwake supper at his own long table. He is a big man and an open-handed one, and he keeps count of every kindness he has done. The weighmaster's stamp he signs with is the one his grandfather cut.
