MILLERS' GUILD OF EMBERWICK. For the Cinderwake, the last night of Harvestmonth.
The mill closes at noon on festival day. Raft-builders are to enter their rafts with the guild clerk by the twenty-eighth. Husk and sweepings may be had free from the mill yard by anyone who brings a barrow. The ferry keeps its hours, and there is no crossing after dusk. The guild stands the first round at the Wicklight.
Wanted: hands for the night shift at the mill through festival season, at festival wages. Apply to the clerk.
Under it hangs last year's notice, which says the same in every line but the wages.
